Complaint Review: Indy Cleaning Pros - Internet

These reviews are lies and I know a competitor is chiming in on many of the reviews on Google and Yahoo. First, she lies by saying another one of our customers contacted her. Unless she has hacked our computers no one would have access to our customer list! We never release our customer names or contact information. We never talk to customer's like she says we talked to her and we are not affiliated with the people or companies these people keep posting all over the internet in their lies. We have been attacked by several people and a competitor (we know who) over and over on many websites. Each of those sites have been notified of the police investigation and the detective is working on having a subpoena issued to expose this person so she can be criminally prosecuted and that will be enough to use in civil charges for slander. We have a strong reputation and anyone who cares to see the proof of how these are lies and slanderous reviews can contact our office and receive a link to the information we have uploaded. We never release customer's information and would never upload anything like she is saying we did to her on Google and Yahoo because of what is included and the very sensitive information on the paperwork . Nothing we provide our customers has 'fine print' it is all in the same font size 14. Very clear and nothing hidden! Every crew leader goes over the paperwork with our customers and reads through it. Even our repeat customers can verify that! This competitor is someone who has harassed our company for months and even was caught stealing and using on her our images and logo from our website on hers. We never write our own reviews. Maybe this is something she is guilty of and is saying to try and make customers not trust us.
I find it impossible we would have so many testimonials on our website and on all of these web sites for so long. One bad review out of over 50 published reviews online speaks volumes for our company and the amount of customers we service each month. I have asked told this so-called 'customer' to PROVE what they are claiming.

What is your Receipt or Invoice number?
When did you receive services?
How many crew members did you receive?
What did your cleaner/s look like?
What type of vehicle did your cleaner/s arrive in?
What is the sensitive information we discuss with you on your paperwork after your clean?
What does the crew supervisor look like that follows up on all new customers cleans?

THAT information and answers won't be posted by these cowards because they are liars that have never used our company and know nothing about our operations! If it was a real customer they would be able to provide proof of this stuff. They would want to cooperate! LIAR!

The owner's names and contact info are on our website and always have been! We registered online with Yahoo and other search engines when we realized our company was becoming larger last year and when we began accepting new customers. We had another domain that we used for several years but we encountered a problem with our website designer and lost our domain. Indycleaningpros.com is a newer site and was registered in 2009 but our Tax Identification, Business insurance and all legal documents with our company prove we open our doors in 2005.

These cowards need to get lives and stop lying and posting these false allegations. Everyone can see this stuff is not true. We can't falsify these documents and facts. You are wasting your time and making yourself look like the crazy one. Come on, who has the time to sit there day after day and re-post these lies? It appears you are crazier than the lady you keep saying owns this company. Maybe YOU are associated with Crystal Scott!

We uploaded a copy of our ETI from the IRS showing the reviews published by this crazy and insane competitor are lies. It shows owner info and the date we established operations. This form has been uploaded to our website along with a letter from one of the owners explaining everything that has happened, who started these lies, who has been involved in spreading the lies and who is behind them now.

I am starting to wonder if Crystal Scott is behind some of these now even though she posted a for us. From reading the complaints about her and her businesses this pattern seems to be hers.If not it appears she now has a sister because I know with 100% certainty that one of our competitors has done some of these same postings on other web sites.

Please see the screen shots below which show he is behind these reviews, used this email address and did post this.

We sent him a email and he finally responded today, saying he is not behind this, but the screenshots below prove he is!

I am the owner of Indy Cleaning Pros and I spoke with the owner of Aaron's Extreme Clean. He admits he made a mistake, he is now working with us to resolve the issues he has caused. He can be reached at 317-423-9500 and will verify he made a mistake with his accusations and we are not associated with these other companies or Crystal Scott.


UPDATE:

These reviews are all published by Gord Tanner who resides in Canada. After speaking with the detective involved, we were able to find out he is using a email address of [email protected]

If you look on facebook, his profile is there. His friend's list as well gives away a lot of information. The detective assigned to this is now working with Google, FaceBook and other websites he has posted these lies on since it is now a international crime.

I spoke with the owner of Aaron's Extreme Clean last night and he not only apologized for this mistake, he admitted he contacted every company on the craigslist forum that was advertising. His posting on the site was attacked by someone at Griener Brothers Inc. and since he did not know that until last night, he began taking his frustrations out against us by mistake. He admitted this was a huge error and can verify everything I am saying.

It now appears someone is going online posting his review on this site, merchant circle and other websites using the names:

Cindy
Craig
Tanner

with a email address of [email protected]

INDY CLEANING PROS does not have any association with these other companies and Crystal Scott is not a employee or associated with INDY CLEANING PROS.

We think a competitor saw this and decided to attack our company without the facts and is using this to try to damage our company. We have contacted the police and they are working with the sites the reviews are on to find out who is behind this.

Please contact our office with any questions, to speak with the owners and to see proof these allegations are false.

Today I got a call from Mr. James Allen about complaints being made about his company on this site and on other websites naming me and my company in them. He asked me if I would post a rebuttal and clear up any misunderstandings and false complaints. First I want to say that whoever thinks I am behind attacking their company is sorely mistaken. I do not even live in Indianapolis anymore and have not for quite some time. I am still running my website design company and got out of the cleaning business a long time ago. Second, I have never worked for Indy Cleaning Pros and I am not affiliated with them at all. They opened their doors in 2005. You can verify that by seeing their business license, certificate of insurance and their tax-id. I lived in Texas during that time and was not even in business yet. I am not a owner of Indy Cleaning Pros, a employee, affiliate or representative of their company. I have not been paid or promised anything for responding to this and am doing this because I do not want a innocent company to be the target of someone's malicious behavior. I was informed that a man who owns a carpet cleaning company in Indianapolis somehow decided that since Indy Cleaning Pros advertises on Craigslist that they were behind a post that talked badly about him and his company and he began naming me and my companies as being responsible for the post. This is absolutely the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and I would not have believed it if I did not see it for myself. I also would like to clarify some of these untruthful allegations made against me. I have no judgments against me. A ex-client did try to take me to court for a company my ex owned, the ruling was dismissed when I sent in documentation and evidence showing he sued the wrong person. I have never been sued in Indiana or in any state at all. That is a mean and vicious lie. I do not post if advertise for my company on craigslist. It is full of scammers and that is where all of my problems came from. I have discovered that over the last three years I have managed to avoid problems and scams and run my companies with great success without craigslist. My company has survived over the last few years with the success of word of mouth. I handle many large accounts for major and small companies and have a flawless record with the BBB and online. The only people I ever contacted were people that failed to pay for the services they received. I never harassed anyone and if that was true, criminal charges would have been filed and I would have been arrested and/or charged! My name is James Allen. I am one of the owners of Indy Cleaning Pros. The review above was written by someone who apparently has not done their homework and has our company mistaken with someone else. Indy Cleaning Pros has never operated under any other name and has been established in Indiana for over 5 years, well before Leave the mess  or the other named companies have. We are not associated with a Crystal, nor do we have a Crystal that has ever worked for our company. Our company denies these allegations and has reason to believe this was written by a competitor which we have had to file criminal charges against. (Report # DP10109382)
