Santa Ana,#2UPDATE Employee
Wed, June 05, 2013
I've been with iNet Team for 3 years now, and have gotten to know Bill quite well. For starters, he has never not paid an agent or employee what he or she has earned. He has always been very generous about that.
Not long ago, we WERE in Santa Ana, a really big building that we had great plans for and was getting rennovated (it still is.)
Like in many cases of rennovation, this was taking way too long, and the rooms we had for studios were not big enough for what we needed them for. So, there is partial truth in what this individual who complained has said. However, it was not that bad. And it was still a productive environment. It was C space, we must admit.
Recently, we have moved to a high, A class building in Irvine, CA. And we have completed building a top of the line studio. So, no matter what this complainer's opinion on our old space was, it is now COMPLETELY irrelavent. Ask about the location of our new building, and you can look it up and see for yourself.
Now, as far as our training and training material. Bill is a great trainer, he has been for a long time. Actually, he's a fantastic trainer, and this is a widely shared opinion. Our training material does nothing but get better and better. It has improved drastically as of recent, and it will continue to improve. Our materials are beautiful, helpful, and very professional, which also is a shared opinion. I am a fine artist, and I personally craft a majority of the material.
If you've ever seen or heard of a case where an agent or employee jumped the gun, assumed things worked the way they wanted to work in their own favor, disregarding the structure of the company that he or she has joined, and then did something in spite to try and damage the company.. well, I can assure that this is the case here.
By the way, iNet Team pays in generous amounts, they have plenty of happy customers, they pay fast and on time and quite of,ten for those in need, they will pay as SOON as possible (when a transaction is complete.)
The products and services that we offer are patented. If you are a hardworker, and are comfortable with B2B sales, or would like to learn, this might just be a great home for you.
Thanks for taking the time to read this long post.
And by the way, I forgive the complainer for his complaint. Everybody gets angry at times, and different people handle it differently.

A warning of litigation is NOT extortion!
When private parties disagree on an agreed contract, usually they take their case to the court or to some Government agencies. A warning of that action is NOT extortion.
It is a warning to pay, OR will face the consequence of a possible legal action in court. The legal community will not redefine their procedures on how Bill Delanoy at INET Team understands the law. It doesnt matter how his gumba friends have done business back in days in New Jersey. This is not the "Sopranos" TV show.
Legal dictionary: Litigation n. any lawsuit or other resort to the courts to determine a legal question or matter.

They claim all sort of things, but none of them are true. They claim that they have agents all over the country, but besides a handful of agents that have already left and made sales, nobody is taking them seriously or selling anything. He might have a couple of people in the east cost listening to his daily training videos, but they are NOT selling anything.
The office is a ghost town, with only the owner Bill, and his 2 adopted sons who are amateurs in business. A simple request is like trying to get an act of Congress to pass a Bill. Unbelievable! They couldnt figure out how to assign an email account even after like 2 or 3 months. Never mind the toll free extension that was promised or business cards. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING is a lie and exaggeration with this people.
Nobody extorted anybody. The owner Bill had a messy computer back office with a bunch of old information from other companies like 10 years ago. There were like 10 different commission structure that was outdated, even by his own admission. The current structure that he agreed to pay, HE DIDNT. He broke his promises and kept changing the dollar amount lower and lower.
He never, ever even paid on the residual income that he promised. The override commission was promised as a managers override. Why? Because managers had to recruit on their own time and money, train and follow up with agents. Bill calls that no work. He promised override commission, but now he is backpedaling. Not nice!
The so called managers meetings were a waste of time. Of course after hearing the same unproductive talking points about how to sell Kirby vacuum cleaner week after week, some of the meetings were missed. There is no reason to spend $ 30 on a gas and waste 5 hours out of a productive day to listen to some hypothetical nonsense that has nothing to do with the actual business plan or organization.
It was always about we are going to do this and that, but nothing has ever done. It was always about promises. Most of them had nothing to do with merchant financing. Its always just words and plans, but no actions. No wonder that there is NOBODY left in the office. EVERYBODY left. We are not talking about a couple of unhappy people here. We are talking about EVERYBODY. You do the math! I think that speaks volume.
Bill claims all kinds of things, but to start with, never a single inbound call was received. EVER!!! Some people made outbound calls, but never a call received. EVERYTHING that he promised was either broken or was a lie to start with. I could read the ad line by line, and nothing that he advertised was true. He asked people to do their own marketing on their own dime, so he doesnt have to spend money. He promised to put ads in the paper and recruit agents, but he NEVER did. He promised week after week that he will recruit agents under the managers, but he NEVER did.
All he wanted is for people to spend their own money and run around, so he could take a bigger chunk of the commission check from the sales for doing very little. Not to mention, that if you are not local, then you might have to face your calls going to voice mails with no return calls or emails. You have to literally drive to his office for him to pay you! If you are not local, then think twice about working with them. Better yet, think 20 times!
A friendly warning that we didnt have before: If you are a sales person, there are a lot of good companies that are looking for highly qualified agents. This Inet team is NOT one of them. I just wish, that new people in the future would have a warning before they could make up their mind, whether they want to work with Bill at Inet or not. We didnt have a warning before, and we have wasted months and months with hundreds of dollars on gasoline for nothing. There are several people still not paid on their commission checks who didnt voice their disappointments. Hope that new people would have a red flag before they consider working with INET. Many of us didnt.
Now you do. Do your own investigations and due diligence. Put all the puzzle together before you make up your mind. How come he couldn't even have a computer print out sign naming INET Team or Bill Delanoy in the whole building. Why does he look like he is hiding from the public? You dont have to listed to this or other complaints, but take EVERYTHING with a grain of salt that this guy Bill Delanoy tells you!!!
BE AWARE! This guy Bill Delanoy is a snake in the grass. He is a smooth talker, and he would talk a hole in your stomach if you let him. Be VERY careful when dealing with this guy and company!!! Make sure, if you think about working with these people to get EVERY detail in writing, so you would have a record of what was or not promised. If later on you decide to work with them and you would face the same challenges as we did, at least you were told about them from the very beginning. Wish the best of luck to all your job seekers! I would not recommend these people. None of the people in the office were ever satisfied with them either. Everybody left. Now you know.

We have many agents with us for several years that are happy.
We offered the 2 independent agents a chance to earn overrides from direct sales people by assiting them with sales closing, and presentations. We asked them to First make somes sales to learn our system. We did not ask them to spend money to run ads. We asked to study our system so they could properly represent us and our clients. The 2 potential managers were paid there commissions and overrides that were earned according to our commission schedule that they recieved and is also in our back office that they had. 1 manager never sold anything but did have a recruit he recruited his self but never worked with, The other manager made 2 discounted sales we paid but never worked with agents assigned to. We apy on deals as they are done, We don'tpay on cancelations. Both missed appointments and meetings and tried to extort extra money in overrides after they left the company. We do offer call in leads in the office if they wanted to come and take calls, they never came in for this. They seemed to want to get paid overrides with out doing the work.
We moved from Tustin to Santa Ana and the building is going thru renovation. Yes it was a dispensery thats why it needs renovation.
