ripoff by inetba on telephone service,won't release lines to another company Las Vegas Nevada
this company is a complete ripoff. i was also promised 8.9 cents per minute, credit on every 4th phone bill for the average bills for the previous three months, local phone service billing, etc. they also tried to raise my rates on the long distance service.
i stupidly subsequently agreed to let them bill my local service. they actually billed me in advance for local service, the local service quit working on the 2nd of august and it took them until august 29th to get it working again. this was only after i contacted the public utilities commission. they then wanted me to pay for the service that they didn't provide. finally someone agreed to credit the bills for the local service, sent a settlement letter which was signed and returned but they never actually credited the account. they kept showing us as delinquent for the next two months, won't release our toll-free lines, won't return phone calls. i will never deal with this company again and don't recommend them to anyone.
i wish that the telephone industry had never been de-regulated because it seems that every since, telephone service has become a nightmare.
it was so easy to change over to them, i only had to sign a piece of paper and fax it back, which took all of 60 seconds. now, 3-1/2 months later, i am still fighting and trying to get my telephone services with other providers.
