Edward signed up to process credit cards with Infinity Data as Raynham Auto Sales in January of 2006. On March 2 of 2006 Edward called in to Infinity Data to inquire on a transaction of $8850. Customer service informed Edward that the funds were processing towards his account. Funds typically take two to three business days for the banks to recognize the money in the account. This was explained to Edward. However, Edward insisted that he should have funding in his account the next business day. Edward was transferred to various representatives who explained the same thing that the previous customer representative had explained. Our records show that Edward's bank received his money within the three business day allottment he had been promised at the start of the contract.

I was an employee for a very short time at Infinity Data Corp, (I'm talking days). The recruiter thought he was a hotshot pitchman. The whole situation resembled the film "Boiler Room", right down to the fancy conference room. First off, the "leads", were developed by "marketers". These people basically called new businesses and asked if they accepted credit cards. If they did accept credit cards, they would be thrown away, and if they didn't, they'd be put into a call list. Next step came the "Inside Sales Representitives". You can go on any job website, and look at the listings by Infinity Data Corporation: Inside Sales Representitive, Sales Representitive, Account Executive, Account Manager.. they're all the same thing, Telemarketers. On average, a rep at Infinity Data will make 600 phone calls to small businesses around the country. Then there comes "Office Space". Your cube manager type person resembles Lumberg, then there's the older woman with the voice that cuts straight through you as she repeats the same pitch over and over. Infinity Data Corporation is a dirty company. A dirty scamming company with no ethics or morals. Someone should do a serious investigation.
