Ordered inherent beauty for try me price of S&h $4.95 w/complimentary eye cream. Unaware of auto delivary. After ordering I got no order confirmation. The only email was as mentioned above and it gives no info concerning contacting r customer service, the only phone # just give one sales pitch after another ad nauseum. I did receive my initial order and approx 3 mo later I received another order of both at the price of$89.95 each! Called the eye co who did have invoice w/contacting info and told then to cancel and I would send it back for refund so we'll see how that goes. Inherent beauty however couldn't be reached even tho I was told that the info on website is provided. I was told I not to send product back it was non refundable. This co is a complete rip off. The lotion is no better than cheap hand cream anyway.
