These people are really something. I get this reply saying a refund went into my account in August but after checking all of my statements all the back to July, it is not true. If they refunded my money, I would really be interested to know who they refunded it to. I am done with these people. They have some kind of transaction record that means nothing to me since the money was never credited back to my card. I think it is just more garbage and I will tell you DO Not do business with these people. It has been nothing but a huge pain and waste of my time.

I got an email from "Carrie" on Sept. 18 stating she was trying to get in touch with me about my order and that the BBB had contacted her company to get this ripoff resolved. There have been about 10 back and forth emails and the promise of a refund is a joke. Just yesterday, she emailed me stating that I already had been refunded through PAYPAL of all things! Not at all possible since I didn't pay through them but used a debit card. Just to be sure, I checked my Paypal account and of course there is nothing there. I even copied the screen and emailed to Carrie. I think the only reason she is emailing me at all is to show some action to the BBB. I do not expect to get my money back and I am so done playing games with this pack of internet theives! I will be updating with the BBB today to let them know what is going on. Don't believe their promises because they are just more lies and a waste of your time.

I have read the comments on this company and I STILL believe they are a rip-off! I have not received ANY contact from this company at all since my July 6th order but my money was gone by the 10th of July. If they were so short staffed, who deposited my money? Plus, I am still trying to talk to someone there and NO REFUND has been issued to me. I have tried every email address they have and I can't get anything from them. The phone number and name listed as the main company, M&M Marketing, also in Kenner, has been temporarily disconnected. I have filed a report with the BBB in Louisiana and I hope to shut them down!
