Just curious, that it took over 6 months to get 2 t-shirts. You see, I'm in the same boat you were in. I ordered t-shirts back in May of 2007; don't have the shirts, and no refund. My order was over $800, which took less than 48 hours to be posted to my CC. Did you really get yours, or is this rebuttal fabricated by Inkontees?

I finally received the t-shirts I ordered from Ink on Tees. I don't know if they're a fake company or if they really are just behind on their orders, but I did I get my shirts, and they were exactly what I ordered.

It's no surprise that my delivery was refused. If 'ink on tees' had actually listened to any of the messages that I left or read any of the emails I wrote they would know that I have moved since June. That's what happens when you order shirts in June and they're sent to you at the end of November. Major life events can happen in half a year. Your company has my information on file. Feel free to contact me. If I don't get a refund or my shirts relatively soon, I still will be going forth with legal proceedings.

In response to this rebuttal by "Ink on Tees": How do you know about my order? Since no last name is listed on this report, I would have to be the only Taylor in Seattle to order from your company. Secondly, no one ever once TALKED to me from Ink on Tees. Ink on tees has never called me. I've never talked with Ink on tees. If somehow I get my orders, I will post an update saying so. But it does not change the fact that we have never talked on the phone, and that my tons of emails have been left unawsered. If you are a legitimate company, you deal with your customers in a very unprofessional manner.

Taylor's order had art work issues that needed worked on, I took over the order and made sure that as soon as this problem was fixed it was shipped out. Not all of the designs saved are printable. We contact the person that placed the order unless it is an easy fix. I have talked to this person and as soon as I knew something I called. I do have a tracking number with fedex. #750263660209888 I would like to say I am sorry for this delay but I had it shipped as fast as I could. I started working in the office a little over a month ago and I am working hard everyday to get the few problems we have worked out and keeping up with the new orders.
