INK ON TEES - BUYER BEWARE Kenner Louisiana
I have the same story to tell as all of the other reports on this site. Ordered custom t-shirts for a tidy sum of money which there was no delay on their part in collecting from my credit card - same EXACT DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED THE CHARGE WAS POSTED. The event I needed them for has come and gone - NO SHIRTS. No communication. No response. No shirts.
Do not believe the info on their web site under FAQ's which states "All orders take 5-7 working days, and are shipped ground via Fedex. If you need your order sooner please call 1-877-466-8040, and ask one of your customer service representatives" . . . . . blah, blah, blah.
Maybe they'll be fully staffed soon, or maybe they'll get their shipping "problems" and lost packages located . . . .(yeah-that's the ticket).
If they really cared about their customers or their reputation seems to me they'd come clean with EVERYBODY and let them opt out if they can't keep up on the workflow and give hard working people their money back. OR, update the B.S. on their web site about the amount of time it REALLY takes to FULFILL AN ORDER and that they don't have REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. That's what I do for a living and you don't let phone calls pile up without returning those calls promptly, professionally. The worst part about being a professional customer service representative is you need to PROVIDE THE TRUTH unpleasant as it may be - not some B.S. about a package shipping that you know never has. The only people that benefit from a lie is the liars. It's obvious they don't care about their customers and worse yet they believe they're stupid as well.
