Ink On Tees is company that allows you to design customized T-Shirts on the Web through their Website www.inkontees.com. However, if you use them, don't expect fast service or receiving your t-shirts at all. After my customized t-shirts on 9/26/2007 I expected to received no later than two weeks later. I didn't. I called several times and left messages with the company and never heard back from them. After four weeks I sent and Email to a sales representative and did get and response. He promised they would ship the beginning of the next week. They did not. Today (Nov. 2nd), I got through to a lady on the phone who said she had to go to another department to get my FedEx tracking number which she did not have from another department. She promised to call me back and I have not heard back from her as of yet. I would use other companies besides this one if I was going to create customizable t-shirts regardless if you every get them or not.

Ink On Tees is company that allows you to design customized T-Shirts on the Web through their Website inkontees.com. However, if you use them, don't expect fast service or receiving your t-shirts at all. After I ordered my customized t-shirts on 9/26/2007, I expected to received no later than two weeks later. I didn't. I called several times and left messages with the company and never heard back from them. After four weeks I sent and Email to a sales representative and did get and response. On November 2nd, I got through to a lady on the phone who said she had to go to another department to get my FedEx tracking number which she did not have from another department. She promised to call me back and I have not heard back from her as of yet. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Information on their site says that their has been problems with this company before. They have settled some cases but many cases they have not. As of November 4th I have not received my order and hope to recoup the money I spent. Worse of all, this company would be better off if they would just tell the truth. I would use other companies besides this one if I was going to create customizable t-shirts regardless if you every get them or not. Also, don't order from a company that does not allow you to track your shipment via the Internet.
