I ordered a ton of shirts from inkontees.com on July 16, 2007 and never heard from them,so I called then left one of a million messages and never heard. So I then emailed them and after many messages received a reply from Mike saying that he would make sure the shirts were in the mail by that Friday, GUESS WHAT they never came. So we then called and emailed over and over again, talking to only one girl that also stated that she would make sure they were mailed out. We never heard from them again so we filed with the Better Business Bureau, and after that I checked that account status online and it said that our shirts had shipped. So we called them to see if we could get a tracking number and we talked to a girl who said she would call us right back with the tracking number and of course never did. It has said it has shipped for over two months now. It is RIDICULOUS!! They drag you along acting like they are working on your order when in actuality they are just taking more people's money. We were trying to get our business up and started and all they did was make it harder. Taking money from individuals and doing nothing about. This should not be able to happen. All we have asked for is our money back and it should not be that hard to refund it, but apparently they like taking innocent people's money. We are now filling legal proceedings against them. So hopefully this will get a response out of them. Nothing else has.
