I sent in a rebate for money back guarantee if I was not happy with Claritin-D on 05/03/2014 to Inmar. Along with my request I sent the original UPV from the package and the original receipt along with the rebate form to the address for Inmar.

 

I received a post card indicating "Proof of purchase UPC-Did not contain Valid Prod #"

 

The UPC I sent was directly from the box that I bought from Walmart Pharmacy #2291 in Chula Vista CA 619-691-7945.

 

Inmar has a reputation of scamming people of their rebates and this is exactly what occured with me-They scammed me of my rebate!

Was told by both of the them in a email sent to me that my refund was approved- ALL I got  was a 4 page letter from MERCK asking me a bunch of personal health questions and NO CHECK...

 

My emails to Inmar have went unanswered now-

Dear Consumer,

Inmar must adhere to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer for each rebate offer.  However I would like to research this invalid postcard you received but require more information from you.   Please  call our office at 1-877-322-8355 M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm eastern standard time. You may press option 1 and option 1 again to go directly to an agent.  Once you have an agent on the phone please ask for myself and advise the agent this concerns a complaint on Rip Off report.  If I am not available please ask the agent to take a message with your name and phone number and I will return the call as quickly as I can.
