Inmar Rebate Center Denied refund for 14 Hands Wine $2 Off offer Del Rio Texas
Inmar Rebate Center denied my claim for $2 off any bottles of 14 hands wine, up to 12 bottles, purchased. I mailed in the claim form plus proof of purchase for the 12 bottles within the required time. Did not give me a reason, just denied the claim.
