The company documents for vacation rental security deposit states that the security deposit will be refunded 30 days after departure provided a claim hasn't been made within 10 days of departure. Well, nearly 60 days later, no claim, but a refusal to refund the security deposit due to a mysterious claim of hidden damage. This company won't talk to you on the phone and has admitted in writing that they are in breach of their agreement.
