Where do I start?! I Started to search for a job, straight away after an hour or so I received a reply from an enployer saying they would like me to attend an interview. Little did I know that everybody who applies for a job gets one. I went to the interview and it took place in a small office with cheap, tacky furniture and dirty carpets. When I was told about some of the clients they work with, I was impressed. Some included TalkTalk, Beauty Group, SIG - Miller Patterson. I didn't really think about it in detail however I somehow managed to get through the interview and got asked to come back for a second round interview the following day. I was obviously excited about it as I had no idea about what was going to happen during the next six months I spent working for them. The second round interview is an 'Observation Day' where I met some of the chavs and generally low life people who worked for them. Some of the people seemed ok, but everyone apart from maybe 3 people have left since this observation day. I was told we were going to be going 'out in the field', little dis I know that this meant I would be walking around all day doing door to door sales. I was introduced to a guy who looked like he had never brushed his teeth and who I was told was one of 'the top guys in the office'. I gave it a go however and somewhat enjoyed the day. We then went back to the office for about 9pm where I was told I was going to be getting a final interview. During this, Tai Hussain asked how my day went. Obviously I wasn't going to tell him that I was freezing cold and tired! Because I needed a job and thought because they are based in the centre of Leicester, they must be a good company. Especially after my 'trainer' was telling me all day about the 'opportunity' which meant I was going to get to manager in a matter of months. This is the 'Management Breakdown' as they call it:

Distributor - entry level Sales, learning systems When you get 12 sales in a week you grt promoted

Team Leader Take out observations, teach back systems and techniques, recruit and build a team When your team gets 120 sales in a week you get promoted

Assistant Manager Learn admin, start your own campaign or client When you know how to, you are given an office

Managing director Open your own office with a company name of your choice

Performance based - (100% commission)

He reinforced this theory with something they call the Tie Set Up, explaining why the business works. I was very excited and wanted the job so I took it without realising that anyone who stays for the observation day gets the job because I was lied to about that too. I went in for my first day and we were walking about all day in the rain trying to manipulate people into paying 149 for their loft to be insulated. I started to learn the techniques and systems and found myself doing quite well. My trainer had a record week, matching the beat anybody has ever done in terms of sales and then left the following week alongside 5 out of the 10 people who worked there. This was when it had seemed to be a bit of a joke. I had left a dead end job with good money for this job so I was going to stick it out. I didn't listen to my parents. My mum worried about me so much and my Dad always asked how it was going and I lied every time saying it was going well when really it wasn't. It only got worse. I didn't even get 12 sales in a week but for some reason I was taking out people for their observation day. I was not even earning enough money to live and took out an overdraft and credit card just to get by because like I was told, the opportunity was too good to miss. I saw people come and go every day, I feel as if I have been brainwashed into lying to people by Tai Hussain. He told me what to tell my girlfriend when she was only trying to help me, he kept beating around the bush when I asked important questions in terms of pay. He was and still is paying people different amounts of money to different people in the office and it is a complete joke. He plays people off against each other but you don't realise it because he manipulates you so much. Nobody would believe how much I want to save everybody there from him because I got very close to a lot of people through work, but they don't know what he's like. He can and will get anybody to do what he wants. I've found things out about him which you will only realise to be true if you work there. This is what I have realised: Tai never ever says he has 'this, this or that' and never once have I directly heard him say he earns a certain amount of money however, he does hint about it a lot and if you have worked with people before, you know how much they can exaggerate. Everybody thinks he is loaded because people think he is, however he doesn't do anything to stop them thinking this because he wants them to think it. He actually lives in an ex council house and drives an old Mercedes. If you're earning that much, Tai, why the f*** are you driving that piece of s**t? Also he stays at a grubby hotel: The Sky Plaza in Leicester when he stays over. His house is falling apart and he has been declared bankrupt twice. This is where his 'slave', Shih, comes in. Shih is a Chinese man from Liverpool, has his head screwed on and is genuinely a nice guy. Because Tai has been declared bankrupt, he cannot have a company in his name so he has Shih to run it in his name for him. Tai pays Shih a minimum wage to do so. If you work there this will all make sense. Shih is completely scared of Tai for some reason and just needs to stand up to him as the structure of the business is very good however the only thing ruining it is Tai. At the minute they are working for Liberty, which is not under PerDm (The main company-innervision is a branch) meaning Tai can give as much or as little commission as he pleases because he is the top guy there. Each application brings in 140 for the office. Averaging about 60 a day you do the maths. However he pays people at 15 or 25 per app meaning he gets a s**t load from it. I have seen 2 people get promoted, Tim and Sunaina, to assistant manager and I feel sorry for them. Tai has promoted them to make it look like there is progression when really nothing has changed in their job. They still only go out door to door and earn the same amount of money. They are nice people who have fallen for Tai's trap. So has Ben. Ben is a genuine guy too with dreams of going to America with his team because that's what Tai has said however, as soon as Ben is promoted, Tai is going to drop the whole thing. Nuno is a Portuguese man and there is a very slight language barrier. He also believes in the 'opportunity' and has dreams of going and opening an office in Portugal. None of this will happen. Everybody underneath Tai and Shih go out and work hard when all Tai does is sit in the office rubbing his hands together and Shih goes to Ladbrokes in the marketplace every day. I guarantee if you go there Monday to Saturday between 4 and 7 you will see a young looking chinese man with glasses. The opportunity turned out to be a load of bull and so I left. After being in debt and lying to my parents and girlfriend. Is that what you want? No? Then help me do something abou it! If I said to someone at the office bout all of this, Tai would '5 step' them and say it just because I sacked him. Even though I left. When I did leave he told me not to tell anyone and was actually quite nice to me (which is what he does) but I knew it was so he could say he sacked me. Next thing I knew, I got a text saying why did you grt sacked? You're meant to be f**king self enployed how can you sack someone from self employment? Really they only say youre self employed so they can dodge tax themselves when they pay you cash in hand. Tai also makes out he has offices all over the world. If he does, why is he always just sat in Leicester? Everyone needs to realise what he's doing. I have however learnt a lot from the business, don't trust anyone for a start! For example people skills. I am a lot more confident than before and can talk to anyone which is helpful.

But do me a favour, if you have an interview do not go.
