Innovative Transportation Systems rips off client after client under false pretences with Strong Arm tactics Van Buren Arkansas
I.T.S. as they liked to be called is a business that says they are a consulting company for trucking companies. They tell trucking companies who are in trouble with DOT that they, ITS, can manage the trucking company's files and such that are regulated by DOT.
ITS tells trucking companies that they have a "IN" with DOT and they get to let some things slide where the trucking company couldn't.
Of course, ITS charges good money to provide the service and they garantee that their customers WILL NOT receive any fines if DOT audits them.
Well, that's a joke ! Nothing is ever put in writing about the guarantee and I know that some of the companies ITS took care of failed DOT audits and received huge fines. ITS refused to pay any part of any fines because they said the trucking company didn't do everything ITS wanted them to do. Even when the fines were because of things ITS was supposed to be doing for the trucking company.
Since nothing is in writing when the trucking company get in trouble with DOT for something ITS was supposed to be doing for them, ITS argues that they never agreed to handle that particular thing for them. Imagine that.
The kicker is that if the trucking company gets upset and threatens to leave ITS and take care of their own stuff, they are threatened by ITS that DOT WILL BE BACK SOON and ITS would see to it that the trucking company would fail.
Also. When ITS looses a customer they hold all of the customer's files and documents until they feel like giving them up. And naturally most of the files are incomplete and mixed up. ITS just says " We gave you all of your stuff."
I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. Too many trucking companies have said the same things to me. Its like most trucking company that ITS deals with feels like they were suckered into letting ITS handle their stuff. Then they feel helpless because they are afraid that if they leave ITS DOT will be hammering them.
I won't even get into all the rumors that have been going around in the circle of companies that ITS handles. Even if some of them are known to be true.
ITS is only worried about the "All Mighty Dollar" and don't care who they have to bully around to get it. And, once you are in you can't get out.
