Dear Sir,

I had submitted a rebate for $250 for a cell phone i had purchased on February 22 2006. The rebate was to be submitted between 180-210 after the purchase. I complied with all the rebate terms and conditions and dutifully sent the rebate to the mentioned PO BOX Addresses within the time frame. However, i am yet to receive my rebate amount.

I had logged a complaint with BBB on February this year and inphonic replied back mentioning that the errors were cleared and rebate re-entered in the system on March 28 2006 and that i should get it in 2-3 weeks. However, i have still not received the rebate.

My rebate was initially denied because of two reasons as mentioned in the reply to BBB.

1/ Missing Signature.

2/ Not postmarked within 180-210 days.

I have scanned copies of all documents dated 08/23/2005 as the timestamp on the computer files showing that they were singed by me.

2/ I have an e-mail response dated 09/27/2006 inquiring about the status of the rebate. The 210 days expired on Feb. Sept. 22 2005. This e-mail was to confirm the status of the rebates and i was asking the status since i had submitted the rebate well within the time peirod of August 23 and Sept. 22 2005.

3/ I have fax receipts dated 09/29/2005 and 10/24/2006 wherein i have faxed all documents again since i was told they had not received any documents from me till that date. They however now do confirm that the documents were received on Sept. 5 2005 which is well within the stipulated time frame.

4/ When inquiring about the status of the rebate check, Gwendolyn Catham told me that i would be getting a response back from BBB. They are not providing any repsonse as to when i can expect my money for the rebate.

As you can see they have been lying from the beginning. Inphonic rebate escalation line is +18662748573. My order number is 525941808.

I have full paperwork to provde beyond doubt that inphonic is cheating customers. I would greatly apprecaite if any help could be provided to me to recover my money. I have logged more than 300 hours making calls(I have full logs for these calls as well) to try and get money back from them.
