Inphonics after 10 days and 5 calls, order still not proccessed Washington DC Internet
i have been given every reason imaginable why the order has not been processed. 1st call got sherry, placed order
2nd call got tina, oops sherry wrote down wrong info but problem now corrected will e-mailconformation.2days later still no e-mail
3rd cal got emily, no idea whats wrong call back later. still no e-mail.
4th call got tina again, what are the odds of that. informed me that her supervisor showed her a special way to re-enter my original info to speed up the process and that my order was being processed now, but was not sure why i was not e-mailed tell of a problem.
5th call got pat. pat cant understand how some of these people get jobs. know wonder theres a problem processing your credit info they have written down the wrong address
info". informed pat that this has been going on long enough and would like to cancel order. pat talk me out of this and is going to have her (not so) supervisor call me within 2hrs, good thing i did not hold my breath it has been 30 hours since i talked to pat.
will call again tomorrow (monday) since they are closed on sunday, and try to cancel
again. will see
