This service says it will deliver food (groceries) within a day or less of payment, you select the items from the website links they provide, then pick a delivery time 'window'. In their 'payment' section they include a pre calculated 'tip' which you can manually change but it appears automatically. The problem is you pay them and the delivery never happens.

As each of their provideded 'windows' arrives and passes they send 'text' messages telling you a new time or even the next day. Calling their help line gets you many appologies and promises that the issue will be resolved, but for 5 days now it has not, on a one day order (of $155)
