This service does not provide accurate or up to date information about individuals. The home values, incomes, and criminal records are no where near current. The search option does not allow the input of an individual's middle initial, consequently, you need to sort through hundreds of names to find the person you are looking up.
When I called to cancel the service and request a refund (25 minutes after I signed up), they would only refund 50%.
