They have been giving me the run-around with me withdrawing funds. They will tell me I'm missing information when I'm submitted correct documents and chat manager stated I was ok to withdraw. They will tell you information was not received and to keep resending it. It has been a month now with trying to withdraw my wins. Will keep you all posted.

Update: I was able to successfully withdraw my wins and has been deposited into my account. Issue has been resolved.
