What a complete waste of money, and no remedy from contacting customer service, either. The data I accessed for two individuals was completely wrong - not just old or partial, but completely different, unrelated people. And they offer horoscope compatibility as some sort of added value???
Here's a good way to add value: don't waste my time and money with this utter garbage. Go elsewhere, don't waste your money here, ignore all upgrade if you do, and stay far, far away. Starve them out for such useless "service."
