Instantly Vivid "FREE" sample of eye and face cream, pay shipping only. Then I was charged for both: $89.87 and $88.99. Greensboro North Carolina
This company is a scam. Free samples of their cream for shipping only. Then they charge you within 2 weeks saying you had to call to stop full charge and revolving shipments 2 weeks later. Who uses face cream in 2 weeks? They will not refund. They say “there is no program to refund money only discount up to 75% for future shipments. Well that tells you the value!
I said but I haven’t received anything beyond the sample, how dare you charge when no additional product received. They said, you should have called and we’ve already shipped another set for delivery this week. I said, I will not open the box and return it, please refund the second $178.86 you just charged me. Now you owe me $357.72.
I can find nothing that says I was to call.
They gave me a cancellation code for future orders but will not refund any money. After the first person, I spoke to a Supervisor. Same words, no refund, but Supervisor gave me an email address to voice my concern: [email protected].
I am on fixed income and completely devastated by this scam. I will not order another sample of anything on the internet. Ever. Anyone know how we can stop this company. This has to be illegal. I need my money back.
