I signed up for an instapage account, when I tried to cancel, the rep suggested he thought there was fraud involved - they do not give you a way to cancel your account on their website, or more importantly they do not give you a way to remove your credit card information from their site -you can only replace it with a different credit card number.  I was forced to call my credit card company and have them issue a new card and deny any future billing attempts by instapage.

They have no published cancellation or refund policy.  They publish no contact information for their company, except for a single support email ([email protected]), their email support reps don't provide last names or any other contact information.  BUYER BEWARE.

"...cancelling is extremely easy and there is absolutely no reason you would have to cancel your credit card to stop a payment..."

Oops, Tyson, looks like you're caught in yet another lie.

My card issuer finalized the dispute in my favor, but since there's no way to remove my card information from your system, it looks like you took advantage of it and re-charged my card for a second annual subscription in less than 4 months - a charge I did not authorize.

Buyer beware, once you hand your ccredit card information over to Instapage, there is no way to remove it from their system.  Cancelling your account is near impossible and if you do succeed but don't change your card number, changes are high Tyson will just re-charge you again when you're not looking.

Oops, Tyson, looks like you're caught in yet another lie.

I too got put through the ringer trying to close my account.  I eventually was forced to go to my card issuer to file a dispute, after which, they refunded the charges.  Here two months later your company just re-charged my card for a second annual subscription in less than 4 months - a charge I did not authorize.

Instapage offers three methods of support

In now way is this report accurate. Instapage offers three methods of customer support beyond a comprehensive knowledge base; email, live chat, and phone.  Phone support is only reserved for our higher paying customers because we have hundreds of thousands of users.

On top of that, cancelling is extremely easy and there is absolutely no reason you would have to cancel your credit card to stop a payment.
