Looks like multiple people have had the same issues. Mis-leading pricing, no cancellation option online and almost zero response from the only means of communication - a web form.
Terrible service, and now i'm going to have to request a refund for a mis-billing from my card company and put a block because i can't cancel online

Instapage finally responded.
Removed the overcharge with a full refund, gave me free two months.
Seems they do respond but very slow...
