I was ripped off at this place also, they're very nice and very persistent in their follow up to make you come to their offices. They tell you over the phone that is 5 dollars to review your documents, and then they decide if you qualify for the treatment. Once there, they sit you at a conference room and show you a video of how wonderful this treatment is; then the secretary comes and congratulates you because the team of doctors (a doctor and a nurse) will be able to help you, that means review your case, BUT first you have to pay $700 dollars so they'll come and talk to you, they even have a West Fargo info sheet ready so you can apply for a credit card, I ask about the price and she said it's not 20,000 or 10,000, she told me the shot was around 5,000. When she told me they were going to be able to help me, I wanted to get the ball rolling so I gave them a check for $700 dollars, then the doctor and a nurse came to talk to me for 20 minutes, they told me I really haven't exhausted all the things I should do, and recommend I see a Physiatrist, and if I insist they would give me the shot, they gave me a another price $6,700 dollars, but it might not work, I might need a second shot and it might have side effects; I guess they took pity on me and didn't want to rip me off any further, but believe, what they told me it's not worth $700 dollars, I felt totally ripped off, and off course they don't work with insurance companies, now I know why! Don't go, keep researching this, I don't know if it really works or not, but they are after your money. Oh, I almost forgot, they make you sign a ton of papers, that you're not going to suit, that you relinquish every right to go to court, etc. etc.
