Integrated Card Service International Card Service Charged bank account after equioment was returned Internet
This company charged me a $360 early termination fee when I discontinue their services because their hidden fees exceed the amount of charges I sent thru them. They charged my bank account 49.95 per month telling me it was the fee they charged until the equipment is returned to them. Even after returning the equipment they continued to charge my account. In order to stop this from occurring, I had to reduce the balance in the account to $1.00 to make sure that they kept their word and open a new account which caused a major inconvenience as all my bill paying had to be changed as well. When I call them today, they said they would take care of not charging the account, I spoke with someone by the name of Yetze (LOL). Next month will tell if they keep the agreement. If not I plan to try something legal. I have already tried to use the California BBB but that was a waste of time. Perhaps the solution is a class action lawsuit then perhaps all the other merchants they have ripped off will benefit as well.
