So I have been building PC's using intel products literally since I was a kid, so my latest build was no different, I used an Intel i9 9900k CPU which worked Amazing and was just an outstanding CPU... UNTIL one day it failed (only a few months in) now while being a die hard intel fanboy I decided im not gonna be upset ill just have it covered under warranty,
I contact them on 1/16/19 via the web site, they then respond the SAME day, so far so good, they ask all the usual question of how it happened etc.. no biggie, proof of purchase, also no biggie, then then ask for the CPU back, even covered shipping, no problem, CPU goes back, they say they got it, THEN say sadly the 9900k is back ordered with NO ETA and they want to refund me so I can buy locally, not what I wanted but OK, fair enough, they said they wire should hit soon and asked for my bank account info.. ok.. wait wait wait, nothing I respond to the email and ask what the hold up was.......
I was then told they ACTUALLY never got the CPU and that the carrier was wrong... yeah likely right?? Then they say that the proof of purchase can not be validated some how all of a sudden... so now they wont give my a new CPU, or replace the money, so now I dont even have the BROKEN ONE anymore this is theft and warranty fraud all in one!!!!
