On Monday, May 9th 2005 I searched for the records of individual based on the first and last name along with the state that I wanted the records for. The business shows you if they have anything before you pay you money. They had 15 different matches for the state that I had listed. I wanted the records so I purchased them. After purchasing, they had no records for the state that I listed and specifically stated that I wanted. I was charged approximately $54.00 and received nothing. They will not refund me. They offered credit to use their services again but I have no one else to research and if I did, I would not use them.
To make a long story short, I searched someone's criminal record based on their first and last name along with the state to see if the company had records listed for the specific category and they had 15 until I paid. Then, they had none. No refund either. I have copies of emails for anyone who needs to verify.
