My story is same as all the others. They pass your charge card number to a company called Adaptive Marketing (search this sight for details on that one !)
Within months charges will start on your card for "services", everything from drug prescription plans, to credit reports, etc, etc.. Usually each charge is $19.95, a recurring monthly charge.
This is a clear fraud. Stay Away !
