Complaint Review: Intellecom Communications Inc. David Lawless - Las Vegas Nevada

Garry Hart of Hartco will lie about anyone. Now, not only should you not use him because his work is terrible, but he was also try to go after your company too for no reason whatsoever. Intellecom is David's company so Garry is trying to do anything to upset us. He's made threats against us etc and continues to try to bring us down.

Here is my response to his other claim on my other ripoff report about him....you make your own decision on what you believe: 

First of all, David Lawless does not owe Garry Hart anything, as per his frivolous lawsuit that was dropped states. Second of all, Intellecom does not owe Garry Hart anything as Intellecom had nothing to do with this. This is just Garry's ploy to try to throw Mr. Lawless' company under the bus just because he's upset that we have the nerve to stand up against him and tell the truth.

Anyone that did a google search on him would know that I'm not the only unhappy customer.

The photos provided by me are of my house. Any one of my friends, family, additional contractors that we've had to hire to fix the problems, would back anything that I say and then some.

Myself, Stefanie Lawless, did not make slanderous statements in Garry's child custody case. His ex contacted me and asked if I would make a statement against his character. My exact words to her were: "We were just unsure of what to do because of his threats." and I did not. 

Finally, if you have filed additional lawsuits against either of us, you have yet again not informed us or our attorneys. So you're either lying or are trying to skirt the system like you did last time. Look where that got you. 

Drop it Garry, you're making yourself look like a fool to people who read this.

David Lawless of Intellecom owes HARTCO DESIGN BUILDERS over $41,000.00 plus interest.  Mr. and Mrs. Lawless Cons and we know they Do Not Pay there bills thats why they have so much money.  "CHEAP Contractor", they wrote the Book.

If they owe you money File at the Nevada State Contractors Board.

What I find interesting about this Rip-off report, is that George makes no mention of the project, nor details as to what cell tower contracting company he belongs to. Do you know who I think it really is? I think its a malicious reprisal to the Rip-off report that was posted about his company a few months prior. What makes me happy about this is that by him posting something that people might read, theyll also have the link to our Rip-off report and get the complete picture as to what the true story is. This means more hits on our Rip-off report where the truth comes out and smart people will be able to figure out who the real victim in this case is.

I wonder if George has ever heard the term defamation of character, slander, or libel or the legal repercussions that could follow
