Intelligent Health Provo UT Taking money from my checking account without my permission plus I don't know who these people are. Houston Internet
Reviewing my checking I found a debit from Intelligent Health Provo UT which I do not recognize. They have deducted $9.95 for the past couple of months and I don't know who they are and why they are deducting money from my checking account. I have searched the internet and can not locate them. They do not provide a phone number when the deduction occurs. I need help locating this company so I can contact them and find out why they are deducting this money.
