Intelligent Health Committed Fraud against my Credit Card Provo Utah
Have had 2 hits at $14.99 ea. on my credit card from this fraudulent so called company...Once in January & once in February. I had to close out my credit cards, bank accounts & start over fresh...I have tried calling the phone number that showed on my statement...It only gives me there office hours & then a pause & then the call is ended. You can tell that the male voice is a computer generated recording & doesn't forward my call to anyone or give me a menu in which to use to punch in a selection.
These transaction were never authorized by myself....
