Here is what they advertise that their report includes (in parentheses is what I actually got.)

Personal Information:

Age (yes, although the birthday was wrong)

Current address and phone number (no)

Known aliases (no)

Date and state of SSN issue (no, although stupid me I actually volunteered the SSN and they gave me a LIST of possible individuals to choose from--hello, how many people have the SAME NAME and SAME SSN??, and now I'm worried that I compromised someone's personal information)

Political Party Affiliation (no)

Complete address history (no)

Average income and census profile for each address (no)

Relatives, Associates, & Neighbors (yes)

Criminal Records:

Nationwide criminal search (no)

Sexual Offenses (no)

Accidents (no)

Assets:

Properties owned with sale date and price (no)

Motor vehicle registrations (no)

Corporate affiliations (no)

Bankruptcies (no)

Airplanes and boats registered (no)

UCC filings (no)

Licenses:

Driver's licenses (no)

FAA certifications (no)

Hunting/Fishing permits (no)

Concealed weapons permits (no)

Professional licenses (no)

I understand that some of these will come up blank (for instance if the person does not have a boat, there will be no boat registrations) but even the most BASIC information that they promised did not appear on the report (state issuing SSN, Drivers license, vehicle registration.) What a waste of money. They don't 'guarantee the accuracy of the information' either, big surprise, and after reading the lengthy t's and c's of course there are no refunds. Still I'm going to try to dispute this with my bank since I did not get what I paid for.

Use an internet search engine

You are able to plenty info for FREE by using one of the internet search engines and not break any laws as it is Public Domain. It takes time but it's fun and free. I normally start off with the name then narrow the return search down by the age of the person I'm looking for, I then get the addresses. From there I go look at City, County and State records on line for free. Keep on drilling down, for example; County and State Courts etc, etc. Have fun.
