Hello,

2 Months ago we had issues with Direct Nic and a customer who disputed charges for domains we created for them. Directnic decided to put a hold our account until they recieved payment from us.

We made payment to directnic 1st via check. We had the check couriered to them *same day delivery* from NY to LA. Directnic never once stated that they wanted certified funds. Once they recieved the check from us, then they told us that they will only allow certified funds. So we were out a total of 400.00 from expediting the check to them.

Next, we were given the option of Western Union. We sent them a payment from western union, and they declined on the transaction once more because the payment was sent *they say* from someone elses account. Thus, I insted of delegating tasks to my employees, sent another western union payment to them using my personal debit card. Once more rejected by their billing supervisor, Yolandis, however gives us conflicting information.

She then tells us to send a certified check. We comply once more, and overnight a certified check drafted on our account. She told us that once the check was received, she would unlock the account. We overnighted the check to them via DHL, and they received the check in March. She did not open the account as she said she would do. She waited until the next week to do so, therefore leaving us high and dry.

Once I provided proof that the certified check sent cleared the bank *faxed image to them* they unlocked our account for our viewing, but not for us to make changes to.

Now, we have a big problem. Our upstream provider went out of business, and we need to make modifications to our domain names, and we cannot. It's Friday, we've called, and we're told that Yolandis has once more locked out our account, and no changes can be made. So now we're stuck.

We are DOWN, 100% Down, and they will not help. I've called to speak to billing, guess what, One Person. Yolandis! Nobody else. I've asked to speak to their CEO, and he's been in a meeting for 12 hours, just the same way he was when I asked back in March.

This company has done nothing but give me the run around. All I want to do at this point is take my domains somewhere else, get away from these people fast. I am an ISP, and right now, I AM 10000% down. People are cancelling their accounts because they cannot get mail, all because Directnic.com has only 1 person in their entire office that can help me.

This is the letter that I sent to them in addition to the folks at Icann, who cannot help me further. Nevertheless, directnic.com is a scam, a hoax. The CEO, Sigamond Solaris is always in a meeting, and the dumbasses who run the online chat on their site used canned responses like " Yolandis is in a meeting right now" and you know it's canned because it scrolls up way to quickly, and 2 or 3x.

Fact is Directnic.com is a fu**ing scam. The lady Yolandis does not return phone calls. We've called this lady 10 times today, and she does not return calls. I am going to record the conversations I have with them tommorow and post them online so all can hear.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you need to speak to Sigamond Solaris get ready to hear, he's in a meeting. I think a call to his house is in order.
