so was approached at the mall about my daughter being adorable and could be seen in baby commercials and other baby related things.... so i fell for it so got the information about yhis so called talent/modeling place... anyway got there talked to the agent and found out that it was a rediculous amount of money... so i kinda had my doubts right there especially when the cheepest photo shoot was $700 so i said that i couldnt afford thatthe agents told us that she really wanted our daughter as a client that she would pay half.. so i wss okay maybe this is serious and the real deal so we did the psperwork(stupid me) shes like i need your debit card so you can put something down so i gave her my card and charged $75 on nov 18th so she said that the photo shoot would take place until the full amount was paid so i agreed to do payments until it was settled... so we get a date of Jan 4th 2014 so at that time we leave and hear nothing more well an unforseen circumstance hapoend recently to where my daughter cannot make the shoot, so check my account and find out they had taken another $200 out so i call and try to cancel it or atleast get a refund and the agent straight up told me no i wont get a refund cause it already processed and i didnt call 3 days priorbut how can i when the circumstance didnt happen until the day prior of them taking the money... they said that i signed the contract and they were not going to give me a refund... so i paid $275 for a service that was not provided yet. and not one person i talked to was understanding or considerate.. they pretty much told be to go pound sand... smh
