Companies like this are sending false information to citizens who maybe wishing or hoping for a financial relief. They have no remorse or shame of how this effects the citizens of this county. The bad thing is their using the government postal system to do it. There should be a law suit filed against these individuals who prey upon the less fortunate. Telling people they've won money, but you have to send money to get it. If the people don't wise up , these companies will make a fortune, off of people hoping to win. Stop the madness.
