The truth of the matter is that Mr. Hillman fails to recognize the fact that I never had a contract with his company. I sent my deposit along with a "draft" contract to which I had made changes. The reason I sent my money is because an employee of Mr. Hillman had verbally told me on the phone that the changes were acceptable by ICC. (I had previously faxed a copy of the changes for them to look over). As it turned out, ICC never accepted the terms of the contract. Therefore, that is why, in my opinion he is stealing my money...because I never agreed to buy candles from him in the first place! WE DID NOT HAVE, AND STILL DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACTUAL AGREEEMENT!

Mrs. Schueler has continually prevented us from fulfilling our obligations to her. She ordered candles on behalf of her business and sent a non-refundable payment. She then, in mid-shipment, placed a hold on her order. We have made attempts to contact her so that we can fufill her order, but her actions have been to continually make postings on the internet in hopes of blackmailing us into paying her funds she is not owed. We do owe her candles, but she refuses to allow us to ship. Our attorneys are preparing legal action against her. Nat Hillman President International Candle Corporation
