International checkout Extremely high shipping cost and terrible slow shipping and handling Van Nuys California
Hi, i ordered 2 products from unbeatable sales on december 20 and used international checkout to handle the order and shipping internationally to the netherlands. First of all product cost were like $120, but for me it was more then $300 cause shipping / custom / taxes. Extremely expensive, but ok. Second of all, now its januari 9th and products have not yet been schipped internationally, rediculously long handling time. Customer service chat give No answers and are extremely badly reachable. Terrible service so far, telling stuff like one of the two productschap has not arrived het and giving No indication or informatieontsluiting at all About order status.......
