On September 13, 2005 over 30 angry, deceived creditors filled a Hearing Room in Newark New Jersey. We had come to listen to David and Maria Stabile plead for Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection as they simultaneously hedged answering the Bankruptcy Trustee's questions concerning the shady finances and deceptive business practices of their management of International Patent Consultants, LLC in Nutley, New Jersey.

Advertising as invention promoters to unwitting patent holders hoping to realize their dreams of manufacturing their products, Mr and Mrs Stabile located their potential pawns from the USPTO government website lists of patent holder names and addesses.

Midway through the Hearing the Trustee declared that Mr Stabile was NOT cooperating with honest disclosure of his financial situation as he stumbled through his false declarations and repeated back tracking that revealed his attempts to deceive the Hearing Officers. Claiming to not have a good memory for dates, facts and figures or names, David Stabile made arrogant vague statements such as..."some guy in China owes me lots of money","I can't recall if I ever filed for bankruptcy before", "...gees, when did I start the company?..4 years ago..5 years ago?"

This flippant disregard for the seriousness of the procedings was met with a response of groans and gasps from the dismayed audience of frauded creditors. When the Bankruptcy Trustee declared that she was referring the case to be examined by the State Attorney General of New Jersey, the room then erupted into cheers as the Trustee added..."I do not believe that the case merits Chapter 13 protections nor do I believe you are eligible to declare bankruptcy."

Some of the attorneys present who represented frauded creditors, asked questions of the Stabiles that revealed one client had been frauded $150,000 and another, a physician, had been frauded $400,000. And as I collected the names and addresses of others in the room who like myself had been led astray and "riped-off" by the Stabiles, I learned that my $15,000 was just a drop in the bucket compared to the other stories that cried for justice...$38,000...$75,000...$40,000... No client had realized a working prototype as promised, no one's product made it to production as promised ....No one was warned by the Stabiles that they intended to file for bankrupcy in the fall of 2004, even as they continued to collect add on fees and extended contract fees from trusting clients up to their filing date.

And, to be sure, there are many more where we came from.

Those who actually attended the Bankrupcy Hearing were those who could drive to the Newark, New Jersey Hearing during a work weekday. I do presume that for every person present, there were at least 2 more who could not be present at the meeting. International Patent Consultants, LLC had offices in 4 major US cities. I assume there are hundreds of others, who like myself have nothing to prove for the thousands paid to the Stibiles between 2001 to 2005.

These are "con" artists waiting to strike again for this is not the first time Mr Stible has bailed out of a company with a "bankrupcy" plea. Trustee questioning led the audience to believe that there were 4 to 7 prior failed companies. And , as was revealed in the questioning , Mr Stabile is still operating under new company name..BEWARE of Dart Solutions, Inc.

This financial predator must be stopped. Don't be fooled..stay away from Mr David Stabile and Ms Maria "Cugliari" Stabile...they are "rip-off artists" in the first degree !

Successful Minnows Help Reel in BIGGER FISH !

#2Consumer Suggestion

John in Brooklyn is one of the "Successful Minnows" used as bate to bring in BIGGER Fish. He is Allowed to complete his project in order to entice Bigger Projects into the game. NEVER NEVER EVER give monies up front. Put it in an Escrow Account. ALWAYS ALWAYS get a list of Verifiable Completed Projects. And of Course ALWAYS CONSULT THE RIPOFF REPORT FIRST! If even ONE report exists on the Company your considering doing business with, SKIP 'em ! Getting caught up in a Patent Marketing Scam like this one is like dealing with 7th generation, Global High-tech Gypsies. It's a Ponzie scheme. America NEEDS a Ministry of Patent Marketing in order to Protect American Citizens from these criminals (court rulings not withstanding). Scott Fellini & Practical Enterprises claimed no affliation with David Stabile & International Patent Consultants. And yet the Research is reversely Compelling.

I met David Stabile in August of 1997. Bringing a idea of a new product to David. I must say it hasnt been a easy road. My invention is the Jibber Jabber Board. David has helped me 1st of all getting a patent and trademark,at a fraction of the cost it would have if I walked into a attorneys office on my own. Only for the attorney to see me comming and hit me with very inflated costs. Which im sure the most of you paid.David prevented this happening to me. My product originally was going to be manufactured in Trinidad but with not being able to get the erasability correct and issues with the government there, we decided to try China with much success. David was able to perfect the product. Of course money was involved but I must say that David has put much time into making this product work and time is money. We have done business with the WWE in June of 2003,and we stormed the Today Show in March 2004 in NEW YORK CITY. Today I have a great relationship with my factory I am now awaiting a additional order for the New York City School system and none of this would be possible without David Stabile. Anyway Davids business may have failed but I must say that during his financial difficulties David has always tried to help the customers, the ones who didnt kick him when he was down. I owe my sucess presently and in things to come to David. I could understand peoples fustration but things dont come overnight it took me 9 years but it happened. So Thank You David for making it happen SUDDENLY.
