I was totally mislead by this company. I totally agree with the other reports concerning this company. They come in with smooth, fast talkers and figure anyway they can stretch out the stay and get your money. The charges were WAY outragious. I hope that by these rip off reports it will save at least one company from getting ripped off by these crooks. I feel I was a total victim of "High Pitched Sales". They made you feel like they were helping you so much by getting someone in your area soooo quit. Yeah right I could say alot of things but I think the reports above totally stated the facts pretty good. I just know that companies like these will one day get there's, if you know what I mean. We were contacted by IPA and an analysist came out today 9/30/03. I didn't even like the name of the company, it sounded too phoney, so I checked with Inc mag online and found out all of the above complaints were true. So, when she came in I presented this to her and she quickly denied all of the negative publicity. When we asked about her education she replied I was a teacher, now 60yo wanted to do something more satisfying and the said during the 80's she was CEO of B.U.M. equipment. I quickly excused myself went into another office and did a search online for bum equip. nowhere did her name come up. I went back to her and asked her where did bum eqip start, she said LA. WRONG I told her it was in Seattle in a garage. She said why am I asking this what does that have to do with anything. I told her I was testing her credibility. Shortly after that she left in a huff. Anyway, thanks to the power of the internet I was saved.
