I wanted to let everyone know that my lawyer got IPA before they could get us, we went to him as soon as they left our office saying they were going to sue. Our lawyer sued them first, this made it a case they had to fight just to get it out of the state of Va. It was called change of venue I believe, anyway we went to court and my lawyer basically made thier look like a fool. Shortly after they offered to forget the whole thing and disregard the signatures they had taken from us under such pressure, before they offered to settle though they had mentioned removing the case to curcuit court which is apparently another way they can try to get this venue changed to make us come to Il, which is of course where they want us. My laywer said as far as he was concerned it was a done deal and that we had settled, he said we could have tried to sue them for all our trouble but we felt that made us the same kind of people IPA is, and we aren't so we were happy to just forget the whole thing, we are waiting to see if it actually goes through or if they are going to try to get us to go through it all again in our curcuit court. Update again later

We have contacted a lawyer, we filed suit against them this week not only for what we lost in the survey but also for damages because of the harrasment and strong-arm tactics they used during and after we were duped into signing a contract. DON'T pay these people a penny, you owe them nothing, threaten to call the police if they do not leave and contact your lawyer. My lawyer actually found their tactics hillarious, I will update again once I know more.
