International Profit Association I've been duped by these guys, any class actions suits? Buffalo Grove Illinois

These guys came down for a few hours and charged me over $5,000.00. It was for nothing. I even told them before they came that there was no way I could afford to pay such a price. What makes it worse, the consultant they sent could not even use my software program at all. I had to do it for him. Plus he only spent 15 minutes with me but I was charged for 7 hours. Is there any class action suits going on that I can take part in. Anyone interested in a class action suit if not? These guys are a huge rip off!!!!!!! Stay away from them, Far away.

Yes, there is a RICO lawsuit currently active. Check out ipalawsuit.com for detail and contact info.

Did you file a complaint with the BBB and your state Attorney General? This is a MUST DO, plus find a TV station that does investigative reporting and offer to tell your story.

I certainly hope you did NOT pay IPA anything! If you did not and they are coming after you, filing these complaints will stop them. You may get a letter from IPA offering an arbitration meeting. Don't fall for it! Just say no!

Good luck.
