Well i fell for this little scam about 10 months ago,then my computer crashed anyway and i had to get a new one,the supossed tech said that was strange they should have recieved a warning that it was having issues, Anyway he said no problem i will install the program on your new one, Which i might add you can not operate only they can, Anyway my main complaint is this, a few months later i get a call saying that i am supposed to call every 2 months to have hard drive checked,So after his little admonishment he scans my computer and says wow you have a lot of issues, This machine was only online twice?? how could that be?? he say,s even out of the box they can have problems BUT for $250.00 for some additional things it can be fixed, basically i said no cancell my subcription,Insert Expletives here. Now i just recieved a call that if the program is not on my computer for THEM and only them to remove i will be charged $99.00 by electronic transaction because i said i will not pay that,i was told i could not stop it,that they will go straight to the bank to get it, my card is what my pay is diect deposited to and i did not know that these people were like this, there are some others the ftc is looking at but not sure if one of the names are this one alias, long story short. As ihave NOW learned the hard way, never use any card other than a prepaid that YOU add cash to and do not add more than a couple of dollars over what you are buying, as i now have to try and have the bank stop payment b4 they attack my account.
