My experiense with these guys was awful. Don't go there if you don't want to get ripped off. I brought my truck to them with a transmission problem , they tried to do diagnostics, they told me it would cost 220$ but whem i came back to pick up my truck it turned out that the cost of the procedure is already 700$, their reasoning was that they charge per hour which they don't tell you upfront and only afterwards point at the small sign with rates on the wall, But the main issue was that they were wrong this their diagnosis of my transmission problem as I found out later after visiting two professional transmission shops. what a waste of money! they even charged me over what they promised me on oil and all filters change. These people are definitely scammers as far as charges go. I wouldn't advise you to go there unless you want to grossly overpay.?

Good morning, i want to take a minute to explain who i am and who is my company. my name is noor and my shop is a family owned business, we have been at our location for nearly 16 years. We had only 1 competition which was bruno truck sales also knows as brooklyn freightliner. they were shut down in january 2009, since they left alot of people tried to open truck shops in the area but dont succeed and shut down, i have accounts with large companys such as; FEDERAL EXPRESS, NEW YORK UNIVERSITY VEHICLES, WESTERN EXPRESS, BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL, KINGS MATERIAL VEHICLES, HADDAD'S FILM RENTAL EQUIPMENT ETC...
If we're as if this guy says we're then we woudlnt be there for so many years, i would like to ask. He is saying that we told him diagnostic fee is $220 which is correct but a 1 time fee only and if he is going to repair the problem in our facility then we waive that diagnostic fee. diagnostic fee is not by the hour.
i would like to ask from him to post his invoice on this website so everyone can see it because i think its just a bogus report just to ruin my shops name, so lets see the invoice and not an invoice from quickbooks, because we dont use quickbooks. then we can decide if am right or wrong. please people always scale stories, hear both sides of stories because unfourtanetly you have people that got nothing to do all day
