On April 4, I got to this offer from an article while reading a link off MSNBC.com. And on top of the artical is a banner says something like: as reported on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, etc. And the article is about the success of a lady live in my home town, Gilbert, AZ. And a bunch of other rave reviews (now of course we know those are fakes. no real customers were able to add in their feedback). Looked like a legitimate biz opportunity to me at that time.
I signed up on April 4, thinking to spend $2.97 for a "startup-kit" is not that bad. I googled right after I signed up and was surprised to see how many people were filling rip-off reports against this company. I then found out they have charged me $139.95 on that day. I have been trying to call them to cancel my account and was put on hold for hours. I was through once to an answering service stating somebody will call me back. But that call never came.
Today, I finally got through to a guy named Chuck Garcia (in Florida he claims) to request cancelling my account and refund me the $139.95. You can guess his answer: yes on canceling but no on refund.
It's such a dishonest way to make (steal) a buck from the people who are hurting during this tough economic time.
I have called my credit card company to get my money back. I'm going to file a complain with the AZ BBB as well.

membership site that provides users with all the tools and information
necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as,
launch products for auction on eBay.
In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine
program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.
1. Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different
internet advertisements.
2. Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary
information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.
3. Then the customer must provide their
credit card information on the
secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that
are
conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission
button.??
In addition to clearly
spelling out each fee required for the service, we provide the number for the
customer to call to cancel the account.
Based on the above representations and facts, there
can be no question that ICM has taken every step to assure that all the terms
and conditions are displayed multiple times throughout the sign up process and
after the signup is complete. For any customer to state that, they were
not made aware or did not see or was not informed or did not authorize
the charges regarding the charges for the service, would be a misstatement.
