This customer is stating that he was directed to contact Jennifer for a refund and upon contacting her she used his card to rack up $5000 in charges in Las Vegas. FALSE. If this is valid than the customer has a solid case of fraud and theft, and should report such activities to his police department. The credit card in question was already on file and by him contacting Jennifer for a refund, all she would able to do is provide a refund. She has no access to the full credit card number. We do not store the complete credit card number and no reps have access to that. Hence this claim is false and the customer can validate this claim by providing a case number for the police. We would be happy to provide any information to help resolve this matter.
