I ordered a camera from this company and they took the money from my account the same day. They did not notify me there would be a significant delay on delivery. When I found out, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

I had an automatic response to my cancellation saying they would deal with it as soon as possible. However, ten days later I have heard nothing further and the money has not been repaid. The order is still showing as being in process on their website. What's more, I am being charged interest on my Mastercard account.

As this company is internet only it is not possible to contact them and I am furious.
