I ordered this manual on 2-13-06 ( if was directly taken out of my checking account) and I have not recieved the download for the manual.

I have sent several e-mails to the suport web sites and not on person from the mulitiple web sites have responded to my plea for help.

My order number is 9d6yhtw8, this Internet Training Institute has a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed but with no one responding to my e-mails how can I get the download or get my money back.

Loretta, I'm sorry u went through the same thing I did but I made sure that when I did purchase the program I put it on my visa card. For my own protection because if I have a dispute later or it is a possible scam. I am always guarenteed that my credit card will investigate it and help me fix the problem. Now I did not have to revert to that to solve this problem. I went to click-pay and sent them an e-mail telling them that this iti was a scam and I wanted my money back and if they did not want to refund my money that I would take action with my cc company. They quickly returned my money and an e-mail telling when it would post to my cc. You should try the same with ur bank account and tell them u will prompt a bank investigation, because the company is a fraud. Please don't give out ur bank information for any puchases, always protect urself by having a good cc to back u up for purchases. They will help u if u have a dispute with any merchant. GOOD LUCK. The Traning Institute said that they e-mailed me, I would like to know what date the e-mail was sent and if this e-mail had the download for the Data Entry Manual attached! I went looked at all of my inbox e-mail and my bulk mail and I show NO e-mail from [email protected].

Hi Loretta, I read your rip-off report and I felt bad for me because I was about to order their manual. I send them an email telling them that they got an upset costumer and I gaved them the website were your report is located at. I asked them how long would it take for me to get the manual if I order it. I also asked them, why are they taking years to answer back. Don't want to give money back or what? Loretta I guess they'll have to listen to my email because if they don't, they will be losing costumers and I don't think they would want that.
