Like the same poor sap above, Tim from Pensecola, I to was to recieve a program for my computer and only be charged $3.88 for shipping. Today i was just checking my bank account online and discovered they charged me $72.21, this is complete BS. This company should have to pay back the money they have ripped off from their consumers. I think this goes under false advertising. If you are looking at getting software for your computer online beware of this company. INTERNETINITIAT-Infusion Media

When you signed up for that trial it was YOUR responbility (just like that other "poor sap" to read all the terms and conditions associated with the trial. There is even a box you have to check that states you have READ and AGREE to those terms.. The terms CLEARLY state that if you do not call to cancel the membership within X days, YOU AGREE to be enrolled in a monthly membership and YOU AGREE to pay those fees. Do not blame your laziness on the company. They acted in accordance with their side of the agreement with you...YOU did not.
