Follow up: At 1:45 PM today, February 11, I tried calling the company one more time, offering them a final opportunity to reimburse me before reporting them to the Attorney General. There was an announcement "... hours are M-F 9-5 Pacific time, please call back during business hours to speak to a customer service representative. I called twice to ensure I dialed correctly.
